Statement of Work (SOW)

This Statement of Work ("SOW") is entered into as of “Start Date”  (the "Effective Date") by and between “Bob Manor Company here”  (“Provider”) & Joe Johnsom aka JJ ("Client"). In consideration for Provider performing the work described in a timely and quality manner, Client shall pay Provider for fees based on the contracted agreement, plus expenses (if applicable). Fees will be invoiced to Client with a signed SOW and due in full or split into 2 payments  on the 5th day of each calendar month by electronic payment (credit card fees not included). This SOW shall be effective for the expanse of the work listed below.

Description of Services

  • (8) Sessions of Wholesale Auto Sales & Export Consulting – Bob Manor. 1 per week

Scope

  • Provide in-depth market analysis, strategy development, and best practices in wholesale auto sales.
  • Coach Client on business operations, relationship building, and strategic planning for a quantity of (8) 1-hour long sessions each.

Communication

  • Client sessions and unlimited text access to Bob Manor for the duration of the contract.
  • Communication and coordination with Bob Manor for scheduling sessions.

Client Commitment

  • Collaborate on developing and implementing effective wholesale strategies.
  • Provide regular updates and feedback to Bob Manor.

Advisory Commitment

  • In-depth review of the Client’s current wholesale operations and practices.
  • Collaborate on optimizing and enhancing Client’s sales and export strategies.
  • Accessibility Monday – Sunday via text .
  • Provide session summaries and actionable recommendations after each session.
  • Guidance towards the improvement of wholesale business practices.

Fee Schedule

  • (8) 1-hour Zoom Sessions: $5,000.00 (Pay in Full Amount)

Costs to be incurred by Client (if travel is required for on location support):

  • Client will be billed hourly for travel outside of a 25-mile radius from Provider’s office. Client to cover any travel costs, transportation, and accommodations for Provider plus $75/day per diem for travel outside of the 25-mile radius of Provider’s headquarters.

Termination

  • Contract period is through “End Date”. Provider and Client may terminate the agreement with a 30-day written notice to cancel. Client agrees to pay for all work rendered up to and including the cancellation period.
