Refund Policy

We get it — fit matters.

Here’s the deal:

The $350 setup fee is non-refundable.

That covers onboarding, prep, and allocating team resources.

If after your first completed job you’re not 100% satisfied, we’ll refund your unused design hours (from your 10-hour block). No hassle.

Any completed work prior to refund will be watermarked or disabled unless the hours are paid in full.

After the first job, continuing with the block signals satisfaction and locks in your spot.

We’re fair. We’re fast. And we want this to work for both of us.

Design Support Package

Initial Setup Fee Applies

To ensure consistent quality, all new clients are required to complete a one-time setup before any design or tech work begins.

$350 Setup Fee Includes

✓  Brand asset intake (logos, colors, fonts, etc.)
✓  Creation of a design vault for future requests
✓  Style alignment for consistent execution
✓  Internal prep so our team can hit the ground running

This setup fee will be automatically deducted from your first 10-hour block. No exceptions.

If you’ve already completed this setup with us, it will not be charged again.
