Refund Policy

Discovery Call (Free Consultation)

• Your initial 30-minute discovery call is completely free and designed to determine if we are the right fit for working together.
• After this call, if we mutually agree to proceed, you will be directed to complete your $3,600 payment to officially begin the engagement.

Refund Eligibility

• Before the 1-on-1 deep-dive call: If you decide to cancel before your scheduled 1-on-1 strategy call, you are eligible for a $3,000 refund ($500 is retained to cover administrative, processing, and platform fees).
• After the 1-on-1 deep-dive call but before work begins: If you decide to cancel after the paid 1-on-1 session but before any build-out has started, you are eligible for a $2,500 refund ($1,000 is retained for time and strategy development).
• Once work has started: Due to the nature of our service—including dedicated planning, research, and resource allocation—no refunds will be provided once work has begun.

Exceptions & Disputes

• We stand by our process and work hard to ensure a smooth and valuable experience.
• If you have any concerns, we encourage you to contact us directly before filing a dispute through your payment provider.
